Advice and guidelines for people who come into contact with our company

When entering a H.Essers site, every visitor is requested to read the following safety measures to be observed.
These will be sent with each agenda invitation and made available at our doormen and reception desks.

To whom do these measures apply?

  • For every visitor or non-employee on a H.Essers site
  • For external hauliers and driver

What are the measures that you are obliged to adhere to?

  • You are required to wear a mouth mask when entering the site.
  • Respect the 1.5 metre distance rule at all times.
  • Respect all markings and signs.
  • For any movement outside the assigned work area, it is mandatory to wear a mouth mask as soon as you arrive at the car park. A workstation is considered to be the meeting room, warehouse, garage or truck or according to agreement with your contact person at H.Essers.
  • If 1.5m cannot be guaranteed at the workplace, a mouth mask must be used.
  • Wearing a mouth mask is always mandatory when using the changing rooms.
  • Do not exchange physical contacts of politeness: give hand, kiss, embrace.
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and water or use the hand disinfectants available. Do this at least before and after eating, after each toilet visit, after receiving or exchanging items, or whenever you consider it appropriate.
  • If you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with the elbow or with a piece of paper. Handkerchief that you then throw away immediately and wash your hands.
  • Avoid touching your face, eyes, mouth and nose. After all, most viruses infect via this route.
  • In case of fever or symptoms of fever, the visitor will not enter the site in good conscience and will report this immediately to those involved. The appointment should be cancelled and moved to a later time or, if applicable, replaced by a conference call.
