Tel Aviv delegation visits H.Essers

A delegation from Tel Aviv, Israel was on a two day logistics mission in Flanders. Fitting in this round trip, H.Essers was asked that the site in Kampenhout could be visited. The interest went to the Integrated Chocolate Platform: an all-in logistic center for the chocolate industry, like the customer Godiva.

This visit was realized with collaboration of Flanders Smart Hub, POM Vlaams Brabant and Voka. The company visit was hosted by Bob Van Steenweghen, who gave a presentation after the company tour, illustrating the concept of integrated logistic solutions.

The delegation was impressed about how H.Essers integrates the packaging of the chocolates in the supply chain. The company visit to our site was a much appreciated  ending to the two day logistic round trip.
